Azeus Systems Limited is looking for an Account Manager to manage approximately 20+ government accounts within the KSA region for our product, Convene. Convene is a meeting and collaboration solution for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams.
المسؤوليات
- Manage approximately 20+ government accounts
- Guide best practices for our software to clients
- Develop strong relationships with existing accounts
- Generate upsells and testimonials
- Conduct client onboarding and renewals
- Conduct training sessions for Board Members and admins
- Demonstrate product features and handle customization requests
- Mitigate customer termination requests and focus on retention
المؤهلات
- Background in SaaS or IT solutions
- Experience in account management within the software industry is preferred
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Based in KSA
