We are seeking mature and dynamic Sales Managers with an entrepreneurial mindset. We offer competitive performance-based compensation and benefits. While our focus is on Life Insurance and Long Term Investment Plans, we offer the ability to sell all lines of insurance. The ideal candidate is relational and enjoys selling, coaching, mentoring and building long-term business relationships. Good Leadership and Recruitment Skills are key to success in this role. If key requirements are lacking, it is possible to start as a Sales Consultant before moving to Sales Management.

- Develop own sales activities, including generating new business and building introducer relationships
- Recruit, train, and coach a team of insurance sales consultants to achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Lead by example, promoting a professional and ethical approach to insurance consultancy and sales
المؤهلات
- 4 years of quality sales management experience- quality of experience trumps number of years
- Sociable, inspires trust, and able to build long-term relationships
- Experienced in managing client relations and leading a team
- Results-oriented with high determination, self-discipline, tenacity, and persistence
- Ethical with high personal integrity
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to cultivate long term relationships and stay abreast of local market developments in the insurance industry
