CAYA World Clinic is a newly opened psychology and family wellbeing clinic in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. We are hiring a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to own our digital growth across Google Search, local SEO, website optimization, and paid acquisition, while building a credible and consistent presence on Social Media channels.
المسؤوليات
- Plan and execute patient lead generation strategy
- Manage and optimize Search campaigns including keywords, budgets, ad copy, and landing page performance
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking (forms, calls, WhatsApp if applicable)
- Monitor performance weekly and improve cost per lead and lead quality
- Optimize and manage our Google Business Profile
- Support review generation strategy
- Improve website structure and conversion flow (SEO + UX improvements)
- Manage and grow primary social media channels
- Create a structured weekly content plan
- Share weekly performance reports
المؤهلات
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing / growth (UAE experience preferred)
