ACI / Data Center Engineer (URGENT)

We are hiring an ACI and Data Center Resident Engineer to deliver operations and optimization for Cisco Data Center solutions, including ACI, Nexus switching, and enterprise routing and switching. This role requires advanced troubleshooting, migration planning, and strong customer-facing delivery.
المسؤوليات
- Provide operations and advanced troubleshooting for Cisco Data Center
- Operate and support Cisco ACI fabrics and tenant connectivity
- Troubleshoot complex issues spanning network and security
- Create migration plans and execute changes
- Produce customer documentation (HLD/LLD, runbooks)
- Act as a trusted advisor
المؤهلات
- 8+ years in professional services or senior support
- Strong hands-on Cisco ACI and Nexus data center switching experience
- CCIE level knowledge (preferred)
