CS Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a CS Learning and Development Specialist to join our growing team. This role is a critical execution driver within Customer Care, focused on accelerating time-to-proficiency, scaling onboarding and nesting, and improving customer experience outcomes.
المسؤوليات
- Lead end-to-end new hire onboarding experiences
- Facilitate live and virtual learning sessions
- Deliver hands-on nesting experiences leveraging scenario-based practice
- Leverage the LMS and digital learning workflows
- Design and deliver targeted upskilling and refresher training
- Teach agents how to use AI tools responsibly in workflows
- Partner with QA and Operations to identify recurring performance gaps
- Maintain and update onboarding and enablement materials
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of experience in customer experience training or learning roles
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Demonstrated ability to leverage learning technology and AI-assisted tools
- Strong data literacy and organizational skills
