Supply Chain Specialist

The Logistics Operations Specialist at Noble House Trading & Services is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of shipping and delivering items to Doha, ensuring all operations are conducted efficiently and within the required timelines. This role includes coordinating shipments via air, sea, and land, liaising with vendors, freight forwarders, and customs authorities, and working closely with warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
المسؤوليات
- Plan and manage the transportation of goods via air, sea, and land
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport providers
- Monitor shipment progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Oversee customs clearance and documentation
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and shipping terms with vendors
- Liaise with warehouse teams to manage shipments and storage
- Prepare and maintain shipping and logistics documentation
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
- Analyze logistics processes for cost savings and improvements
المؤهلات
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain roles, with expertise in air, sea, and land transportation
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, shipping documentation, and international trade requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
