Commercial & Procurement Consultant – Projects
وصف الوظيفة
Critical interface between the Projects Department and the Procurement & Contracts Department, ensuring all technical, commercial, and contractual inputs are fully prepared and aligned before formal tendering and contracting.
المسؤوليات
- Support alignment of procurement activities with project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate commercial and technical inputs required for procurement
- Support preparation and review of technical RFPs, RFQs, and tender documentation
- Ensure scopes of work and specifications are clear and complete
- Participate in technical and commercial pre-qualification activities
- Review quantity surveying outputs and cost plans
- Support bid evaluations and value engineering discussions
- Coordinate with Procurement and Legal teams during pre-award stages
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- 10–15 years of experience in commercial, procurement, contracts, or project controls roles
- Experience within real estate development, construction, or infrastructure projects
