Operations Manager

VAS is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence across our Visa Application Centres (VACs) in Lebanon. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee daily operations of multiple VACs in Lebanon
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and excellent customer experience
- Implement and monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics
- Coordinate with HR, IT, Security, and Finance teams
- Manage operational budgets, resources, and staffing requirements
- Ensure adherence to visa regulations, data privacy, and security standards
- Liaise with government authorities, partners, and vendors
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in operations management
