The Strategy & Business Development Director will lead the design and structuring of corporate strategies for a prominent retail company. Focus is on identifying growth opportunities, business modeling, and executive-level advisory to drive long-term value creation.
المسؤوليات
- Lead development of corporate and business-level strategies
- Identify and structure growth opportunities across channels
- Conduct deep market and competitive analyses
- Design initiatives to enhance commercial performance
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Evaluate opportunities for market entry and store expansion
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- MBA strongly preferred
- 10–15 years of experience in strategy or corporate development
- Experience in retail, luxury, or beauty sectors highly preferred
