The Cold Kitchen Sous Chef is responsible for supervising the cold kitchen section, preparing dishes, and mentoring staff.
المسؤوليات
- Supervise and manage the cold kitchen section
- Prepare and present cold dishes, salads, sandwiches, and desserts with attention to detail
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items aligned with the restaurant’s concept
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained
- Coordinate with baristas and service staff to create pairings between food and specialty coffee
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies for the cold kitchen
المؤهلات
- At least 3 years proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in cold kitchen operations
- Strong knowledge of cold food preparation techniques and plating aesthetics
- Experience in specialty coffee or café‑style dining is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
- Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Can join immediately with valid Qatar ID and transferrable working visa
