Proposal Manager (French - Speaking)

The Proposals and Contracts Manager is responsible for the development of unique value propositions and innovative solutions in response to client requirements, following a structured bid process.
المسؤوليات
- Manage ownership of the end-to-end bid process for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs
- Manage multiple bids with competing priorities
- Secure resources from stakeholders (finance, legal, sales)
- Carry out detailed costing and pricing
- Validate bids for technical, commercial, legal, and financial compliance
- Participate in bid clarifications and negotiations
المؤهلات
- Fluent French speaker is a must
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Business Management
- 5+ years of experience leading multi-functional project teams in IT healthcare domain
- 3+ years of tender or bid management experience
