We are looking for an experienced Events Project Manager to oversee and structure the full lifecycle of assigned events projects — from RFP review and pitch management to planning, execution, and live delivery.

المسؤوليات

  • Review and analyze RFPs for operational and technical requirements
  • Translate RFP requirements into structured internal action plans
  • Structure pitch decks and coordinate inputs from internal teams
  • Develop detailed execution plans, roadmaps, and milestones
  • Monitor scope, timelines, and operational budgets
  • Manage operational flow on-site, including run-of-show and rehearsals
  • Maintain structured documentation and reporting

المؤهلات

  • Proven experience in event project management, preferably in large-scale or corporate events
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
