The Accountant will be responsible for handling financial records, managing VAT and compliance, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting procurement and operational teams with cost and expense management. Ideal candidate should have experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector in Saudi Arabia and be well-versed in local financial regulations. Record day-to-day transactions including purchases, sales, and expenses. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Ensure timely filing of VAT returns and compliance with ZATCA regulations. Coordinate with auditors. Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flows. Coordinate with stores for stock valuation. Prepare monthly MIS and profit & loss statements.
المسؤوليات
- Record day-to-day financial transactions (purchases, sales, expenses)
- Maintain ledgers and trial balances in accordance with Saudi GAAP / IFRS
- Manage vendor invoices and reconcile vendor accounts
- Manage client payments and aging reports
- Ensure timely filing of VAT returns and ZATCA compliance
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flows
- Coordinate with stores to manage stock valuation
- Prepare monthly MIS and profit & loss statements
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance (CPA, CMA, or SOCPA preferred)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial automation company
