Lucidya is seeking a skilled Sales Director for leading the sales team and to drive revenue growth. In this key role, you will drive the overall sales strategy, lead a team of sales professionals, and be responsible for meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving ARR
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of sales representatives
- Ensure effective pipeline management and accuracy of CRM data
- Engage directly with key client accounts
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide coaching
- Establish and track KPIs for the sales team
- Collaborate closely with the CCO and other executive leaders
المؤهلات
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the B2B SaaS industry or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; an MBA is a plus
