Maintenance Manager

Lead and optimize all maintenance operations. Ensure maximum equipment availability, minimize downtime, and maintain safe and reliable plant performance.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
- Lead and manage maintenance teams
- Oversee maintenance of production equipment and utilities
- Coordinate schedules with other departments
- Manage spare parts inventory
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and costs
- Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP, and ISO standards
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing
- PMP certification preferred
