The Head of Property Management is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational performance of the property management function across the organization’s real estate portfolio. This role ensures efficient property operations, maximized asset value, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and implement property management strategies
- Lead, mentor, and manage property management teams
- Oversee day-to-day property operations (maintenance, facilities, security)
- Prepare and manage operating budgets and forecasts
- Build strong relationships with tenants and owners
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
- Monitor KPIs including occupancy and operating costs
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in property management, real estate, business administration, or related field
- 10+ years of property management experience, including senior leadership roles
