Customer Service & Sales Leadership Track

Easy Breathe is hiring for a Leadership Track role starting in Customer Service & Sales. Candidates will spend 18-24 months in a front-line role handling calls, learning products and systems, before transitioning into supervisory and coaching roles. This path is designed to build credible leaders who understand the business end-to-end.
المسؤوليات
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Guide customers through CPAP products and insurance benefits
- Recommend products that support therapy success
- Resolve customer concerns with confidence and empathy
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Assist with call coaching and performance feedback
المؤهلات
- At least 3 years of leadership experience (people management, training, or team lead roles)
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fast, accurate typing speed (70+ WPM required)
