Tasnee was established in 1985 as the Saudi private sector's first fully owned joint-stock industrial company. An exciting opportunity is available for Supervisor, EC Located in Jubail, KSA. Reports to: Superintendent, Operation EC. Supervises employees on an assigned shift to ensure process operation, manufacture of products, parts, or to perform service within quality, and cost standards.
المسؤوليات
- Day-to-day routine Operation activity
- Monitor, Adjust, control and optimize plant parameters
- Field routine/non routine reading and taking samples
- Carry out checks for operation of the equipment to activate maintenance
- Prepare process equipment, vessels, lines and systems for start up or shutdown
- Perform and support plant start-up and shutdown activity
- Identify, report and assess plant operating problems
- Troubleshooting and support for issues in plant
- Supervises work activities ensuring field activities are coordinated
- Supervises planned maintenance of process and safety equipment
- Determines operation priorities based on production schedules
- Acts as the issuing authority for work permits
- Conduct observations on unsafe/safe acts
- Directs personnel actions including training and performance appraisal
- Prepares relevant shift/daily reports
المؤهلات
- 8 years’ experience with Diploma is desirable
- 5 years supervisory experience
