Engagement & Happiness Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Engagement & Happiness Manager with a Master of Social Work (MSW) to enhance employee well-being, engagement, and workplace culture across our UAE operations. The role focuses on counselling, engagement initiatives, and supporting the organization’s Great Place to Work journey.
المسؤوليات
- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for employees
- Lead and manage employee engagement and happiness initiatives
- Plan and execute cultural, wellness, and team-building activities
- Support Great Place to Work (GPTW) surveys, audits, and action plans
- Act as a confidential support point for employee well-being concerns
- Analyze engagement feedback and implement improvement strategies
المؤهلات
- Master of Social Work (MSW) – mandatory
- Experience in employee engagement, counselling, or well-being roles
- Knowledge of Great Place to Work frameworks is an advantage
- UAE experience preferred
