The People Manager at KAVAK is responsible for driving the organization's people strategy. This role oversees all HR functions including recruitment, employee experience, performance management, and compliance, ensuring alignment with global initiatives.

- Lead DEI efforts across the organization
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven HR leadership experience
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
