We specialize in Nakheel, Wasl, and Meraas communities, focusing on high-end beachfront and waterfront properties. Our clients include high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs). This is a commission-only role, meaning your efforts directly translate into income, offering unlimited earning potential for proactive agents.

المسؤوليات

  • Advising clients on off-plan and secondary properties, ensuring investment goals are met
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers and Closing deals efficiently
  • Managing property viewings, meetings, and negotiations to secure successful transactions
  • Participating in training sessions to stay updated on market trends and sales techniques

المؤهلات

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for client engagement and deal closure
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and consistently closing deals
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages considered a plus
