Supports the Contracts and Commercial Director focusing on post-contract risk management, change control, and contractual claims. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
المسؤوليات
- Ensure claims are substantiated with documentation
- Coordinate with legal teams for compliance
- Track and report potential contractual risks
- Manage project changes and their impact on budgets
- Review change orders and variation claims
- Mentor commercial team and introduction of new systems
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in contract management
