The Brand Manager is a strategic leader responsible for defining and executing the brand(s) strategy across Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria, in alignment with global and regional marketing directives.

  • Define and promote the brand vision, positioning, and strategic roadmap for the MTA cluster.
  • Lead cross-functional Brand Teams.
  • Identify portfolio opportunities and unmet needs.
  • Develop and implement robust tactical plans and omnichannel campaigns.
  • Monitor brand performance through KPIs and market analytics.
  • Manage brand budgets and forecasts.
  • Engage with HCPs and KOLs to uncover actionable insights.
  • Build strategic partnerships with key institutions and stakeholders.

المؤهلات

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
