Senior Specialist Service Operations – Application Support (Elastic, Kibana, Kubernetes, Ansible)

At SITA, the Application Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and stability of critical applications. The role involves troubleshooting incidents, supporting deployments, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams in a fast-paced environment. This is an L2 support role handling mission-critical environments.
المسؤوليات
- Provide L2 application support, including incident investigation and resolution
- Monitor application health using Elastic/Kibana and respond to alerts
- Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Assist with automation and configuration management using Ansible
- Support identity and access management solutions like ForgeRock
- Develop and maintain scripts using Python, Shell, and Perl
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous service improvement
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
- 5-10 years of experience in application or systems support in a production environment
- Hands-on working knowledge of containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience using Elastic/Kibana for log analysis and monitoring
- Working experience with Ansible for configuration management
