Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is a paid B2B service that helps strategically grow complex brands on Amazon. As a Senior Strategic Brand Specialist for Apple, you will serve as the lead Account Manager for top-priority vendors, responsible for delivering high-quality account management, designing long-term strategies, and driving selection and promotional activities.

  • Serve as the lead Account Manager for most strategic vendors.
  • Develop and nurture strategic, long-term vendor relationships.
  • Identify impactful business opportunities to elevate vendor and customer experience.
  • Design and execute business strategies across multiple marketplaces.
  • Define and audit metric goals for the account.
  • Design and execute holistic marketing strategies.
  • Guide the account team to plan and manage promotional activities for events like Prime Day.
  • Identify market opportunities to unlock selection.
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives to reduce costs and lead times.

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing
  • Passionate about Account Management with several years of Retail or E-Commerce experience
  • Several years of professional experience in managing a business with P&L responsibilities
  • Ability to communicate with senior business leaders
  • Proven track record of delivering results through others
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects end-to-end
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English, minimum C1 level)
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • 3+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
  • 2+ years of market research analyst, product manager, or equivalent experience
