Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is a paid B2B service that helps strategically grow complex brands on Amazon. As a Senior Strategic Brand Specialist for Apple, you will serve as the lead Account Manager for top-priority vendors, responsible for delivering high-quality account management, designing long-term strategies, and driving selection and promotional activities.

- Serve as the lead Account Manager for most strategic vendors.
- Develop and nurture strategic, long-term vendor relationships.
- Identify impactful business opportunities to elevate vendor and customer experience.
- Design and execute business strategies across multiple marketplaces.
- Define and audit metric goals for the account.
- Design and execute holistic marketing strategies.
- Guide the account team to plan and manage promotional activities for events like Prime Day.
- Identify market opportunities to unlock selection.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives to reduce costs and lead times.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing
- Passionate about Account Management with several years of Retail or E-Commerce experience
- Several years of professional experience in managing a business with P&L responsibilities
- Ability to communicate with senior business leaders
- Proven track record of delivering results through others
- Experience in managing large-scale projects end-to-end
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English, minimum C1 level)
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- 3+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- 2+ years of market research analyst, product manager, or equivalent experience
