Senior Manager Sales Academy EMC

This role is responsible for contributing to commercial targets by identifying and analyzing the training needs of all sales channels and developing a strategic plan to include training delivery and training programs to drive the business in alignment with global sales and business strategy.
المسؤوليات
- Manage the team of EMC training managers and ensure consistency of training implementation
- Own and manage the EMC training calendar
- Lead the revision and adaptation of training materials
- Oversee the quality assurance of multi-language translation of training materials
- Ensure retail teams possess skills to provide premium customer service
- Support Franchise and Wholesale training operations
- Manage and optimize training budget across EMC markets
- Conduct market visits to support implementation
المؤهلات
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a multinational organization
- At least 3 years in a managerial role
- University degree in Business /HR /L&D or any related field
