Integral Recruitment is partnering with a prominent conglomerate to appoint a Chief Financial Officer for its Riyadh headquarters. This is a strategic appointment offering the opportunity to lead the financial agenda of a diversified group during a period of growth and expansion.
المسؤوليات
- Lead the development and execution of the Group’s financial strategy
- Provide oversight across accounting, tax, budgeting, treasury and asset management
- Drive M&A activity, investment evaluation and capital allocation decisions
- Safeguard and optimise organisational assets and shareholder value
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks across GCC and Europe
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance function
المؤهلات
- Degree in Finance or Accountancy
- Chartered Accountant qualification
- Early career foundation within a Big Four firm
- Minimum two decades of progressive financial experience
- Experience within publicly listed organisations or businesses preparing for IPO
- Proven track record in leading finance transformation
