Senior Manager-Projects

The Senior Manager – Projects is responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned development projects in accordance with approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards. The role ensures effective coordination between design, procurement, project controls, and construction teams.
المسؤوليات
- Establish and monitor the Project Master Programme
- Define and implement the design delivery strategy
- Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and schedules are achieved
- Provide technical input during tender evaluations
- Monitor construction progress through site visits and inspections
- Review and approve contractor payment applications
- Evaluate contractor claims related to time and cost
- Lead final inspections and handover processes
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in construction and real estate development projects
- Experience managing large-scale residential, mixed-use, or hospitality developments
