The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Longevity Wellness Hub – Riyadh branch, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments. This role drives operational excellence by managing staff performance, client experience, inventory, and financial alignment, while acting as a key liaison between branch operations and executive leadership.
المسؤوليات
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all departments
- Lead, schedule, coach, and evaluate team members
- Oversee daily sales, cash handling, and reporting
- Manage ordering, stock levels, and supplier coordination
- Serve as the main operational point of contact for senior management
- Uphold premium service standards
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
- Coordinate and support wellness events and classes
المؤهلات
- Must have a valid and transferable Iqama
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems, booking platforms, and financial reporting
