Project Director / Program Director

The Project Director is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end oversight of complex, multi-disciplinary programs within asset-intensive and regulated environments, including real estate and infrastructure.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and oversee large, complex programs across real estate portfolios and capital projects
- Establish program governance structures
- Review and challenge key deliverables for quality assurance
- Serve as the senior point of contact for executive management
- Manage program-level risks across operational, regulatory, and data dimensions
المؤهلات
- 13–15+ years of progressive experience in Project Director, Program Director, or Senior Project Management roles
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field
