Head of Sales (US Market)

Crystalia Glass LLC is a leading provider of premium glass products. We are expanding our team and establishing a new Sales Department. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience, deep knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes, and a strong analytical mindset.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals
- Analyze current sales statistics and metrics to identify trends
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members
- Coordinate daily trading activities to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members
- Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department
- Conduct market analysis
المؤهلات
- 7–10 years of relevant sales experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Proven B2B/B2C sales experience is required
- Fluent English (C1–C2) is mandatory
- Experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems (e. g., HubSpot, Inflow)
- Experience in building a sales department from the ground up
