Crystalia Glass LLC is a leading provider of premium glass products. We are expanding our team and establishing a new Sales Department. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience, deep knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes, and a strong analytical mindset.

المسؤوليات

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals
  • Analyze current sales statistics and metrics to identify trends
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members
  • Coordinate daily trading activities to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members
  • Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department
  • Conduct market analysis

المؤهلات

  • 7–10 years of relevant sales experience
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven B2B/B2C sales experience is required
  • Fluent English (C1–C2) is mandatory
  • Experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems (e. g., HubSpot, Inflow)
  • Experience in building a sales department from the ground up
