We are seeking a dynamic and professional experienced Restaurant Manager to steer our establishment toward new heights of excellence. In this role, you won't just manage a floor; you will curate an atmosphere, mentor a world-class team, and ensure that every guest’s experience is nothing short of exceptional.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee daily operations, including seamless opening/closing procedures and optimized staff scheduling
- Develop and implement strategies to sharpen operational efficiency and productivity
- Monitor inventory levels (food, beverage, and supplies) to ensure premium quality while minimizing waste
- Manage the restaurant’s budget with a keen eye on the bottom line
- Track expenses, analyze financial performance, and identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Collaborate with marketing to launch promotional campaigns and events
- Act as the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests receive personalized, high-touch service
- Handle guest feedback and concerns with grace and professional diplomacy
- Continuously refine service standards based on guest feedback and industry trends
- Recruit, onboard, and inspire a high-performing team
- Conduct regular training on menu knowledge, fine dining etiquette, and guest interaction
- Provide consistent coaching and performance evaluations
المؤهلات
- Minimum of 5 years in restaurant management, specifically within Fine Dining or Upscale Casual environments
- Fluent in English (required); proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred
- Ideally between 35 – 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Deep knowledge of restaurant financial management, food safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Exceptional communication, ability to thrive under high-pressure, and problem-solving skills
