- Establish long-term relations with key customers and manage main key accounts
- Identify new market opportunities and introduce value-added products
- Oversee all operations, procurement, and business activities
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and reporting to the Board
- Foster a culture of innovation
- Lead and develop the executive team
- Identify and manage business risks
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience in the building materials industry
- Success track record in turning around commodities businesses
- Experience with international cooperation in construction sector is an advantage
