Associate Director of Sales - Riyadh (PropTech)

Bayut is the number one property portal in the Kingdom, connecting millions of users across the country. As an Associate Director of Sales - Classifieds you will be responsible for sales of classifieds business in Riyadh. The job entails setting up sales function, developing products, contribute to market sizing, meeting and locking deals with agencies, developing relationships with government agencies in the assigned region. The regional head of sales classified will set and monitor sales targets for the classifieds sales team in coordination with strategy teams.
المسؤوليات
- Develop regional sales strategy for meeting business plan numbers developed by the group
- Working with backend & strategy teams for zoning and product pricing for optimized sales volumes
- Hiring sales resources and maintaining optimal team size to achieve sales targets
- Setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales at all levels
- Analysing & reporting sales KPIs on periodic basis to the business head(s)
- Responsible for setting monthly/quarterly targets of the sales team
- Continuously observing listings trends and product performance
- Overseeing P&Ls in order to maintain regional business profitability
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with repeat clients
- Responsible for Training Need Assessment (TNA) of the regional sales staff
- Representing the company in expos and other real estate events
المؤهلات
- At least 10 years previous sales management or active sales is a must
- Proven Commercial sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- In depth knowledge of commercial avenue
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
- Understanding of tech platforms sales
