Senior Associate - People Partner
وصف الوظيفة
Support the management of employee relations cases and drive people data and analytics tasks. This role supports the delivery of people insights and reporting initiatives across People & Culture and Transform verticals.
المسؤوليات
- Respond to requests and provide day-to-day support to team members
- Manage employee relations matters and grievances
- Analyse outcomes from employee surveys
- Prepare and interpret people data dashboards and reports
- Support budget cycles with data analysis
- Track time allocation and cost split for Transform Project Management
المؤهلات
- Numerically and financially savvy
- Ability to work with budgets and cost analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
