Business Operations Analyst

Trusted by 2,200+ financial institutions, Baselayer is the intelligent business identity platform that helps verify any business, automate KYB, and monitor real-time risk. We are looking for a Senior Finance & Business Intelligence Analyst to play a foundational role in building and scaling Baselayer’s financial and operational intelligence. This role will work across all functions including Finance, Operations, Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve how the company measures performance, makes decisions, and scales.
المسؤوليات
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve core financial and operational processes
- Develop, maintain, and improve monthly, quarterly, and board-level financial and operational reports
- Partner with Finance and Operations leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and auditability across systems
- Own and enhance Metabase dashboards
- Design and maintain SQL-based data models
- Drive improvements in HubSpot reporting and data structure
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies across tools and workflows
المؤهلات
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Finance, Business Intelligence, FP&A, Analytics, or a related role
- Highly advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Highly advanced SQL skills
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards, Metabase strongly preferred
- Experience working with CRM or GTM systems, HubSpot strongly preferred
- Experience preparing executive-level and board-facing reporting is strongly preferred
