Support day‑to‑day plant operations at the Rabigh manufacturing facility for Sika, a specialty chemicals company.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee daily production activities to meet targets
- Monitor process parameters and ensure SOP compliance
- Implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with maintenance for preventive activities
- Monitor raw material consumption
- Prepare daily and monthly production reports
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in chemical production environment
- English and Arabic fluency
