Facilities Mechanical Engineer

Responsible for design review, construction supervision, interface coordination, testing & commissioning, and quality assurance of mechanical systems across all non-station metro facilities. Role involves coordination with civil, structural, electrical, and systems engineering disciplines.
المسؤوليات
- Review and validate mechanical designs and calculations
- Oversee installation of mechanical systems in depots and buildings
- Witness and verify FAT/SAT/IST for building mechanical systems
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 130 and local fire codes
- Supervise installation of depot equipment like lifting jacks and wheel lathes
- Prepare technical reports and NCR closure records
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 12+ years experience in major infrastructure or metro/rail mechanical works
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing
- Proficiency with AutoCAD/SolidWorks/BIM tools
- Experience in PMC/consultant environments preferred
