Revenue Operations (RevOps) Lead

Rently is looking for a RevOps Lead to own and scale the systems, data, and processes that power revenue growth across the UAE and Singapore. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Operations, with full ownership of our end-to-end revenue engine. You will be the architect behind our growth engine, designing and owning a high-performance RevOps ecosystem with HubSpot as the central source of truth.

- Architect and manage a high-performance RevOps ecosystem with HubSpot
- Own the technical and process-driven Lead-to-Revenue journey
- Build technical infrastructure for campaign execution and attribution
- Design and maintain robust dashboards transforming raw data into insights
- Eliminate manual work by building scalable, automated workflows
- Act as the guardian of revenue data integrity
المؤهلات
- HubSpot Power User: Hands-on experience owning HubSpot end-to-end
- 5+ years building, scaling, and owning the end-to-end revenue operations lifecycle
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, and CAC/LTV
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n)
