A relationship Manager Support with private account holders to identify banking needs, and achieve target according to the approved plans. Creating an account for a new private and affluent customer, Balances growth, resolving problems, and use customers information in order to support the costumer by providing the products cross selling. Following up calls with private and affluent customers or meet them face to face to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Keeping of balances of existing customers
  • Solve any problem or complement the customer may face with the bank
  • Attracting new customers
  • Sale all bank products for private and affluent customers
  • Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions
  • Prepare monthly departmental reports to capture the progress, performance and quality
  • Provides management with accurate reports regarding all aspects of Strategic Planning
  • Direct and ensure the effective achievement of functional objectives through leadership
  • Adherence to all regulations and control functions within the bank

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor in Management, Economy, Finance, Sales, Marketing or Accounting
  • Minimum 3-6 Years’ of experience in in relevant Compliance field
