La Cigale Hotel is seeking a Bar Supervisor to supervise daily bar operations, train staff, and ensure high standards of customer service.
المسؤوليات
- Supervise and coordinate daily bar operations and staff schedules
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Train, coach, and support bartenders and bar staff
- Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Support cash handling and POS usage
المؤهلات
- Previous experience as a bartender or bar supervisor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
- Knowledge of health & safety and licensing regulations
