We are looking for an experienced Piping Commissioning Specialist to support offshore commissioning activities on an oil and gas project. The role is responsible for ensuring that all piping systems are mechanically complete, inspected, tested, cleaned, reinstated, and safely handed over in compliance with project requirements, specifications, and applicable international standards.

- Support offshore commissioning activities for piping systems
- Verify mechanical completion and system readiness for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover
- Review, manage, and close piping punch lists
- Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams
- Witness and support piping pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including pressure testing, flushing, and cleaning
- Ensure piping systems are installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with approved drawings
- Verify line completeness, valve orientation, and reinstatement
- Support preparation and completion of commissioning dossiers and test packs
- Participate in offshore safety meetings and reviews
- Monitor and report commissioning progress and technical issues
- Ensure full compliance with offshore HSE regulations
المؤهلات
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in offshore oil and gas projects
- Strong background in piping construction, testing, and commissioning activities
- Ability to work offshore on a rotational basis
- Strong coordination, communication, and interface management skills
- Good knowledge of offshore HSE regulations and practices
