The Head of Sales will define and lead the strategic and operational direction of Petrotec’s Electrical Division. This role focuses on electrical switchgear, panels, power distribution, and automation solutions across the Oil & Gas, infrastructure, and industrial sectors in Qatar. Key responsibilities include revenue growth, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team.

المسؤوليات

  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Electrical Division
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities
  • Lead, coach, and empower a high-performing sales team
  • Build relationships with EPC contractors, government agencies, and utilities
  • Collaborate with global OEM partners on product positioning and pricing
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to deliver solutions

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (mandatory)
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • OEM-specific technical training certifications (Siemens, ABB, Schneider, etc.) preferred
  • 12–15 years of proven sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within the electrical equipment and switchgear industry in the GCC
