Support the development of production objectives, targets, and action plans aligned with company strategy. Participate in annual production planning by identifying required resources and investments. Validate sales forecasts and activate approved plans on SAP/ERP systems. Conduct capacity studies for local and export SKUs to ensure long-term production feasibility. Prepare and manage monthly Master Production Plans and Master Production Schedules (MPS). Break down monthly plans into weekly and daily production schedules and issue planned orders. Coordinate with Production, Materials Planning, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure execution efficiency. Monitor safety stock levels and material availability to support uninterrupted production. Review production performance, capacity utilization, OEE, and analyze variances against plans. Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- CPIM Certified
- Minimum 8 years of experience in production planning, inventory management, or a related position
- In-depth Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
- Advanced interpersonal & communication skills
- Influencing Leadership Skills
- Ability to evaluate and analyze data to enable operational decision-making
- Multitasking and time-management skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- SAP user
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
