Eram Talent is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English as a Foreign Language (EFL) instructor to join our educational team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to teach English to non-native speakers, helping them develop their language skills for academic, professional, and everyday communication. Your innovative teaching methods and commitment to student success will create a positive and engaging learning environment.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cover reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
- Assess students’ language abilities and provide constructive feedback to support their improvement
- Facilitate classroom discussions and interactive activities that promote language practice
- Prepare students for standardized tests and exams as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
- Maintain a supportive and motivational classroom atmosphere to encourage student participation
- Stay updated on current teaching methodologies and best practices for EFL instruction
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in English, education, linguistics, or a related field
- TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a foreign language
- Knowledge of language acquisition theories and teaching methodologies
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
