Aramco is seeking an Intellectual Property Attorney to join the Intellectual Property Law Department. You will perform legal activities related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and IP-related agreements. Responsibilities include managing outside counsel, portfolio management, drafting and negotiating licenses, and providing IP education to internal clients and inventors.

- Manage outside counsel in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
- Manage patent portfolios.
- Counsel clients and provide IP education on various topics.
- Provide legal advice on patent portfolio strategies.
- Draft and negotiate research and development agreements and IP licenses.
المؤهلات
- A Juris Doctorate degree or equivalent.
- Current admission to general practice before the highest court of the state or country of which you are a citizen or resident.
- A minimum of 10 years experience working for a law firm or major corporation, with at least 5 years as in-house counsel.
- Demonstrable experience of preparing and prosecuting patent applications.
- Familiarity with the Patent Cooperation Treaty and other foreign prosecution authorities.
- Experience with trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- Experience drafting and negotiating IP agreements, including research collaboration and IP license agreements.
