Director of Education & Professional Development

The Director of Education & Professional Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving all staff training and professional development initiatives at NBS. This role supports onboarding, ongoing staff training, performance coaching, and research-based professional development while maintaining a small mid-level clinical caseload.
المسؤوليات
- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training materials
- Continuously evaluate and refine training systems
- Conduct research on clinical practices and evidence-based methodologies
- Conduct monthly collaborative performance reviews and coaching
- Maintain a small mid-level clinical caseload (Program Supervisor-level)
- Oversee daily office operations in Pinole
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required
- Interest in pursuing BCBA certification or active BCBA standing
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and clinical terminology
- Experience developing staff trainings preferred
