The Senior Executive – Facility Management is responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, asset readiness, and guest experience excellence across the entire park through close coordination with HSE, Security, and operational stakeholders.
المسؤوليات
- Managing/Supervising the functionalities of the FM operations
- Contribution on new technology implementation and new innovative initiatives
- Park inspection, snagging, case study, analysis, reports, and insights
- Selecting, training, and managing OCCC agents and Park Operations Inspector
- Conduct daily joint inspections with Hard FM, Soft FM, and HSE teams
- Oversee Fire & Life Safety readiness
