Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.

  • Handle all payment types and resolve disputed charges.
  • Answer and process guest calls, messages, and requests.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding room readiness.
  • Communicate parking procedures and dispatch staff.
  • Supply guests with property and local area information.
  • Run daily reports for arrivals and departures.
  • Complete cashier and closing reports.
  • Welcome guests and anticipate service needs.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with others.

المؤهلات

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
