Residences Concierge Coordinator

Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.

- Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle all payment types and resolve disputed charges.
- Answer and process guest calls, messages, and requests.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding room readiness.
- Communicate parking procedures and dispatch staff.
- Supply guests with property and local area information.
- Run daily reports for arrivals and departures.
- Complete cashier and closing reports.
- Welcome guests and anticipate service needs.
- Maintain positive working relationships with others.
المؤهلات
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
