The ENTERTAINER is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandising & Support Executive. This role is a key operational pillar in ensuring that our merchant partners effectively showcase the brand. Frequent travel across the UAE is required.
المسؤوليات
- Conduct regular visits to merchant partners to ensure branding compliance
- Conduct training sessions for merchant partners on voucher redemption
- Collect and document feedback from merchant partners
- Monitor and report on branding compliance
- Perform mystery shopping visits to assess service quality
- Identify and generate new merchant leads and partnership opportunities
- Plan and manage daily schedules efficiently
- Represent the ENTERTAINER brand positively
المؤهلات
- A valid UAE driving license and access to a personal car
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Prior experience in customer-facing, retail, or brand merchandising roles is a plus
